In line with the vision to become a Preferred PhinCon business partner in Indonesia and Asia Pacific, PhinCon has been preparing and developing human resources who are able to compete in the Asia-Pacific arena especially towards AEC (ASEAN Economic Community). Phincon believe that high quality of human resources can be started from college year that gives a preview to the real world of industry and help them to compete in global market. To support this, PhinCon provides a platform of concern through an internship program for students that has been started since 2014 for students from several universities in Indonesia.

At 11 to 13 November 2015, PT PhinCon together with the University of Bina Nusantara signing an agreement “BINUS Industry Partnership Program 2015” in Hongkong. A partnership initiated by Bina Nusantara to create an internship program with goal of providing an opportunity for students to develop and practice academic skills directly in the industrial world.
