The event started around 08.30 am with opening remark from Ms. Arifa Tan, the Director of PT. PhinCon, followed by a session from Mr. Adi Rusli, The Managing Director of PT. Oracle Indonesia, described an overview about CRM on Demand as an ideal solution for current economic condition. Ms. Lianna Susanto, VP Business Development of PT. PhinCon, continue on details about CRM onDemand with her presentation “CRM on Demand as Software as Service”.
Participants come from various industries: banks, telecommunication, multi-finance, insurance, manufacturers, retails and many others, ranging from IT managers, VPs and Directors.
There are several responses from the participants, sharing knowledge and experience. The event is closed after announcing the prize draw at 10.30 am.
