PT. PhinCon (Phintraco Consulting) and PT. Oracle Indonesia present a seminar “Contact Center Virtualization: Requirement for Effective and Quality Management” at theOracle Indonesia office, Plaza Senayan, Jakarta, on March 25, 2009.
The event started around 11.30 am with opening remark from Ms. Lianna Susanto, VP Business Development of PT. PhinCon, followed by a session from Mrs. Grace Heny, The Director of Omni Touch, with her presentation of “Winning Strategies for Building Contact Center”. The session continued with an overview and demo of Contact Center Anywhere solution, facilitated by Mr. Ken Lee of PT. Oracle Indonesia.
Participants come from various industries: banks, telecommunication, multi-finance, insurance, manufacturers, retails and many others, ranging from IT managers, VPs and Directors.
