Job Descriptions
1. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: customer discovery, requirements, prioritization, execution, and iteration.
2. Drive product roadmap aligned with VIA’s strategic and commercial goals.
3. Translate complex business and operational problems into clear product specs, PRDs, and requirements.
4. Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality delivery and scalable architecture decisions.
5. Run experiments, define success metrics, and use data to validate hypotheses.
6. Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders (including C-level).
7. Analyze product performance using quantitative and qualitative insights.
8. Identify risks early and propose structured problem-solving paths.
9. Represent the product in executive reviews and customer discussions.
10. Ensure strong documentation, data-driven decisions, and high execution standards across teams.
11. Lead supplier and merchant integrations.
Requirements
1. 3–4 years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, digital commerce, or platforms with complex workflows.
2. Exceptional analytical skills—able to structure ambiguous problems logically and quantitatively.
3. Demonstrated high IQ and capacity to learn new systems quickly.
4. Strong ability to challenge assumptions, ask critical questions, and refine problem statements.
5. Experience working with engineering teams using agile methodologies.
6. Ability to present confidently to senior management and external partners.
7. Strong communication skills: clear, concise, structured, and persuasive.
8. Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or A/B testing is a strong plus
9. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
