Analyzing and gathering business requirements from large and complex client environments and performing required research and investigation to identify and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals based on client requirements
Preparing effort and cost estimates for professional services (deployment, migration, implementation, workshops, etc.)
Respond to customer inquiries (i.e RFP, RFQ, etc).
Conceptualize solutions based on gathered requirements into the technical and commercial proposals.
Solution Presentation, tailored presentation, and demo about the proposed solution
Bid submissions and facilitates the sales team with technical and commercial resources through the bidding process.
7. Solution renewal, track the existing client for renewal due date and changes in their business needs.
Keep up to date with product updates and product-related services.
Developing overall solutions, including high-level design, statements of work, and service design.
Supporting Marketing and Delivery organizations with knowledge transfer and technical requests as and when appropriate.
